- Research and pinpoint prospective brands that fit Global-e’s ideal customer profile.
- Connect with key decision-makers through multi-channel outreach, including email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and other methods, to build interest and book qualified demos.
- Review each prospect’s cross-border approach, checkout journey, and shipping/tax setup to personalize outreach and uncover business challenges.
- Use buying intent, engagement signals, and organizational changes to guide outreach strategy.
- Keep CRM information current and accurate to support clean data and sales readiness.
- Work with Sales and Partnerships to coordinate pipeline-building efforts and stay aligned on market trends.
- Meet monthly targets for demos and pipeline generation, with a strong emphasis on creating new pipeline.
- Bring useful insights on industry movement, competitor positioning, and best practices into team conversations.
Requirements

- Comfort engaging, qualifying, and influencing senior stakeholders such as Directors, VPs, and C-level leaders across multiple industries.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot, Sales Navigator, SimilarWeb, and similar platforms is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking with an interest in improving both individual and business outcomes.
- Excellent communication abilities with a clear, concise, and persuasive style.
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and comfortable in a fast-moving, target-oriented environment.
- Self-driven and collaborative, with the ability to work independently toward goals.
- Ability to commute to the Melbourne office three times per week.
- Must be based in Australia and hold the required right to work.
