Business Development Executive

Overview

We are seeking an energetic, imaginative, and target-oriented Business Development Executive to support growth for AI learning programmes in Singapore. This role is suited to someone who enjoys talking to people, testing fresh ideas, and turning marketing activity into measurable sign-ups and engagement.

Sales and Marketing Delivery

• Design and roll out monthly marketing activities aimed at driving enrolments for AI learning programmes.
• Improve brand presence through coordinated promotions across multiple channels.

Campaign Strategy and Performance

• Create, refine, and localize campaign positioning and messaging so learner interest and conversion rates improve.
• Track campaign results, interpret performance data, and make ongoing adjustments to strengthen outcomes.

Partner and Reseller Support

• Assist with promotional efforts involving resellers and distribution partners.
• Provide partners with marketing assets, copy, and enablement materials so they can promote Pixlr offerings effectively.

Copywriting and Communication

• Write persuasive content for WhatsApp, email, and other digital communication channels.
• Present Pixlr’s value proposition clearly and appropriately for different audience groups.

Innovation and Testing

• Suggest and test new campaign concepts and marketing tactics.
• Continuously improve approaches by learning from what performs best and scaling those ideas.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should hold a BA, BS, BBA, or an equivalent qualification, and bring at least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or another client-facing position. Exposure to SaaS technology or experience managing sales events will be an advantage. Comfort with generative AI tools and a genuine interest in creating marketing content are also important. This role is intended for someone based in Singapore who understands the local market.
