About Confetti

Confetti is a Singapore-based creator marketing agency that provides end-to-end support for brands looking to grow through influencer and KOL campaigns, user-generated content, short-form video production, and livestream commerce. Their work spans TikTok and Shopee, serving both consumer-facing e-commerce brands and larger regional businesses that want to scale through social platforms.

The company is expanding quickly and is hiring its first Business Development Executive to help drive client acquisition and boost revenue.

The Role

As the Business Development Executive, you will manage Confetti’s complete sales process across its marketing offerings. This is a new-business-focused role that requires proactive outreach, persuasive pitching, and closing deals, with a strong priority on securing retainer clients from the outset. You will partner closely with the founder and delivery team to make sure every engagement is scoped properly and delivered well.

This opportunity is best suited to someone who already has relationships within Singapore’s brand, marketing, or e-commerce circles and understands the creator economy well enough to sell with confidence and minimal guidance.

Services You Will Sell

  • Influencer and KOL marketing campaigns managed across TikTok and Instagram
  • UGC production for both paid media and organic content needs
  • Social and advertising content production
  • End-to-end livestream commerce support on TikTok and Shopee

Key Responsibilities

  • Find, qualify, and convert new B2B customers across Confetti’s full range of services
  • Manage the full sales journey from outreach and discovery through proposals, negotiation, contracting, and client handover
  • Create customised pitches and proposals aligned to each client’s marketing goals
  • Keep the CRM pipeline active, accurate, and continuously updated
  • Focus on retainer agreements that create predictable long-term revenue
  • Spot opportunities to expand current accounts through additional services
  • Represent Confetti at networking events, creator economy gatherings, and industry meetups in Singapore
  • Work with the delivery team to confirm scope and capacity before commitments are made
  • Share weekly pipeline progress and monthly revenue forecasts with the founder
  • Relay market insights such as competitor pricing, common objections, and category trends back to the business

Candidate Profile

Confetti is looking for a commercially driven salesperson who can operate independently and bring in business from day one.

Must-Have Requirements

  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in a digital marketing agency, influencer marketing agency, or media company based in Singapore
  • An existing professional network among brand managers, marketing managers, or e-commerce leads in Singapore that can be developed into clients
  • Familiarity with the creator economy on Instagram, TikTok, and Shopee, including concepts such as KOLs, UGC, and livestream GMV targets
  • A demonstrated history of closing retainer-based or project-based deals in a services business
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to senior marketing decision-makers
  • Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred

Preferred Experience

  • Previous sales experience selling influencer marketing or UGC services
  • Established relationships with D2C brands, FMCG marketers, or e-commerce managers

Compensation Structure

The package includes a base salary plus a tiered and accelerated commission plan. The expected on-target earnings are SGD 7,000 to SGD 10,000 per month.
