About the Role

This opportunity is with a specialist recruitment partner focused on talent solutions across personal care, beauty, aesthetics, and wellness. Known for product innovation, premium quality, and strong education-led support, the company has built a loyal customer base and solid brand recognition in the UK and overseas. As the business continues to expand and invest, it is looking to add an ambitious Business Development Executive to its commercial team in Ireland.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Winning new business within an assigned territory by spotting and converting high-value prospects.
  • Developing long-term customer relationships to grow revenue and improve account performance.
  • Running business reviews, commercial planning sessions, and tailored growth plans for clients.
  • Delivering product training, education, and ongoing support to help customers succeed.
  • Keeping a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Representing the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and customer activations to build awareness and generate leads.
  • Tracking market movements, competitor activity, and customer feedback to uncover commercial opportunities.
  • Meeting and surpassing sales targets, KPIs, and territory growth goals.
  • Working closely with marketing, customer service, and leadership teams to support wider business objectives.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience in a field-based sales, business development, account executive, or account management role.
  • Previous exposure to personal care, beauty, haircare, aesthetics, wellness, FMCG, or a similar sector is strongly preferred.
  • A clear record of meeting sales targets and contributing to business growth.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with solid negotiation and relationship-building ability.
  • Confidence managing a territory while balancing prospecting and account development.
  • Comfort delivering presentations, training, and client meetings.
  • A self-driven, organised approach with the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
  • A genuine interest in customer experience and building lasting partnerships.
