Job overview
ABL SAT Technologies LLC is hiring a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to strengthen its sales function and expand its client base. The role calls for someone energetic, proactive, and comfortable working with both new prospects and existing accounts.
Core responsibilities
- Find new business prospects through lead generation, market analysis, cold outreach, and networking.
- Create and run outreach plans to engage potential customers and present suitable solutions.
- Assess leads and move them through the sales funnel from initial contact through to deal closure.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with current clients to support renewals, upselling, and referrals.
- Develop tailored proposals, pitch materials, and pricing approaches for prospective clients.
- Work toward weekly and monthly targets such as meetings set, pipeline value, and deals won.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure aligned messaging and to identify campaign opportunities.
- Use CRM systems carefully to record leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Stay informed about industry developments, market changes, and competitor moves to guide sales strategy.
Requirements
- A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated success in business development or outbound sales, preferably in B2B environments within the UAE.
- Strong background in consultative or solution-led selling, including client pitching.
- Excellent spoken and written communication abilities, with a strong capacity to build quick rapport.
- Solid skills in negotiation, presentations, and closing deals.
- A target-driven approach with a proven record of regularly surpassing goals.
- A self-motivated attitude and the ability to work independently while coordinating with other teams.
- Experience in IT and telecommunications will be considered an added advantage.
Compensation and work details
The salary offered is AED 3,500 to AED 5,000 per month, along with uncapped commission. Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and the workweek runs from Monday to Friday. The position is based in Dubai, UAE.
