Role Overview
Delaine Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive Business Development Executive who can spot new opportunities, create meaningful client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth in both Indian and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and pursue fresh business opportunities across domestic as well as global markets.
- Drive lead generation and client acquisition through channels such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, cold emailing, social media outreach, and online bidding platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.
- Manage inbound and outbound sales activities from initial contact to closure.
- Handle the full sales journey, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and final conversion.
- Develop and nurture long-term client partnerships that support repeat and ongoing business.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in business development or sales.
- Demonstrated success in generating leads and bringing in new clients.
- Strong command over communication, presentations, and negotiation.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales prospecting tools.
- Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and remain focused on targets.
Work Arrangement
This is a remote / hybrid position. Candidates based in Chandigarh, Mohali, and nearby locations are preferred. Occasional office visits may be required depending on business needs.
