Responsibilities
- Source and create fresh business leads through calls, messaging, networking, and referrals.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and keep track of outreach and progress.
- Develop strong, lasting client relationships that support retention and expansion.
- Speak with prospects to understand their needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to help ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Develop and present pitches, proposals, and product walkthroughs.
- Handle the sales journey from first contact through to deal closure.
- Work toward sales goals and key performance measures.
- Keep up to date with market changes and industry trends.
Requirements
- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is required.
- Applicants should have 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing positions.
- Must be comfortable working toward sales targets.
- Should have an interest in sales and be willing to approach new customers.
- Good interpersonal and communication abilities are important.
- A proactive, self-driven approach is expected.
- A positive mindset and willingness to learn are essential.
