About the role
IDEKU is looking for a Business Development Executive to help expand its footprint in Singapore’s F&B technology space. The company’s platform is designed to help food and beverage businesses of different sizes strengthen their brand presence and grow more effectively. This role is suited to someone with B2B sales experience in the F&B sector who can win new business, nurture client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.
What you will do
- Find and approach prospective B2B customers in the F&B market, including restaurants, cafes, hotels, and other food service operators, while connecting with the relevant decision-makers.
- Study the market to understand client needs, sector trends, and competitor activity in the F&B space.
- Maintain a healthy sales funnel by tracking leads and opportunities carefully and moving them forward effectively.
- Create tailored sales plans and prepare proposals that match the specific needs of F&B businesses.
- Demonstrate products and services in a way that clearly shows their value to F&B clients and addresses common industry challenges.
- Work out pricing, commercial terms, and contracts with customers to achieve strong outcomes without hurting profitability.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer support to deliver a smooth client journey and successful rollout of solutions.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by offering dependable support and high-quality service that encourages repeat business and loyalty.
- Keep up with changes in the F&B market, including trends, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape, to uncover new opportunities.
Eligibility

What we are looking for
- A solid history of selling B2B solutions in the F&B industry, ideally to restaurants, cafes, hotels, or food service companies.
- A good grasp of the F&B sector, including its operational challenges, market trends, and customer preferences.
- At least 2 years of experience in F&B sales; experience with POS systems, SaaS, F&B products, or solution-based sales is preferred.
- Strong verbal, presentation, and communication abilities with the confidence to explain product value clearly.
- A proven record of achieving or beating sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Compensation and benefits
- Base pay of SGD 3,000 to SGD 4,500 per month, depending on experience.

Additional information
This is a full-time, onsite role based in Singapore. The compensation package includes a monthly base salary plus uncapped commission, incentives, and performance bonuses.
