Job Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will engage with assigned merchants and businesses to verify details, ensure operational status, and promote Google Pay Business and Google Map Business services. This role involves frequent field visits, problem-solving assistance for merchants, and active profile management support.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit designated Google Pay merchant locations daily to verify merchant details and operational status.
- Reactivate merchants who are inactive on Google Pay and facilitate their KYC completion and profile updates.
- Address basic merchant issues including QR code functionality, settlement queries, and app usage support.
- Replace damaged or missing QR code stands or stickers when necessary.
- Educate merchants about features and best practices for Google Pay Business.
- Record visit results, upload proof of visits, and update relevant field applications.
- Meet assigned daily productivity and quality targets.
- Visit businesses for Google Map Business assistance, verifying business details such as name, address, phone number, and operational hours.
- Help merchants set up or claim their Google Business Profiles, correct inaccuracies on Google Maps, and upload shop photos and relevant information.
- Inform merchants about managing reviews, ratings, and overall profile upkeep.
- Achieve daily visit goals and maintain quality standards for Google Map Business operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: Completion of 12th grade (10+2) or Intermediate level; graduates are preferred.
- Open to freshers and individuals with field executive experience.
- Proficient communication skills in the local language.
- Basic familiarity with Android smartphones.
- Ownership of a two-wheeler and possession of a valid driving license are advantageous.
Skills and Competencies

- Experience or aptitude in field sales and on-site support.

- Knowledge and awareness of digital payment platforms.

Compensation
The salary for this position ranges from 15,000 to 35,000 INR per month.
