Role Summary

This position carries full ownership of revenue generation. The focus is on finding leads, winning new business, maintaining communication with clients after the sale, and making sure payments are received on time. It is not a marketing, operations, or administrative role.

Core Responsibilities

  • Find and approach prospective clients through channels such as LinkedIn, email, networking, and referrals.
  • Run discovery conversations to understand client needs.
  • Confidently present the company’s services to potential customers.
  • Create and share proposals with prospects.
  • Drive the sales process through to deal closure.
  • Stay in touch with clients after the sale is completed.
  • Set clear expectations and align clients with the delivery team.
  • Respond to basic client questions in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate a smooth transition from sales to internal operations.
  • Issue invoices and follow up regularly for collections.
  • Track milestone payments and ensure they are received on schedule.
  • Handle overdue payment follow-ups politely but consistently.
  • Maintain strong payment discipline across client accounts.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a salary of AED 2,000 per month along with commission. The commission model is designed to provide unlimited earning potential. Additional benefits include an employment visa, medical insurance, and career growth opportunities.
