Work Arrangement

This position follows a fully office-based schedule from Monday to Saturday, making it a 6-day work week. Candidates must be comfortable working on-site, as neither remote nor hybrid work is offered for this role.

Role Overview

Kayana is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Associate who speaks Spanish to join its Dubai team. The role combines inbound and outbound sales: you will handle incoming enquiries while also creating new opportunities through proactive prospecting, outreach, and relationship building.

You will serve as the first contact for prospective customers, interacting through phone, email, and live chat to understand their needs, assess opportunities, and present the most suitable Kayana solutions. Success in this role depends on your ability to build a sales pipeline, close business, and consistently go beyond targets.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and convert inbound leads through phone, email, WhatsApp where relevant, and live chat.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, outreach campaigns, referrals, networking, and market research.
  • Assess prospects, learn their needs, and communicate Kayana’s value proposition in a clear and persuasive way.
  • Manage the sales funnel from lead qualification through deal closure and transfer to the next team.
  • Create and send quotations or proposals, follow up regularly, and negotiate commercial terms within approved limits.
  • Keep CRM data current, including activities, pipeline stage updates, notes, and forecasts.
  • Work closely with Product, Customer Support, and Operations teams to support smooth onboarding and a positive customer experience.
  • Share feedback from the market, including customer needs, objections, and competitor activity, to help improve the business.
  • Meet and exceed individual KPIs and sales targets on a consistent basis.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment; telesales or inside sales experience is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in converting inbound opportunities and generating pipeline through outbound prospecting.
  • Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and handling objections, with a strong focus on results.
  • Comfort with target-driven work, activity-based metrics such as calls, emails, and meetings, and short sales cycles.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and sales productivity tools.
  • Well-organized, disciplined in follow-ups, and attentive to detail.
  • Fluency in Spanish, both spoken and written, is required.

Compensation

The starting monthly salary is AED 8,000, with commission-based earning potential on top of the base pay.
