About the Role
This position is for Business Development Associates and Senior Business Development Associates specializing in inside sales within the EdTech industry. Openings are available at our Gurgaon and Bengaluru Scaler Academy centers. Candidates will be responsible for managing B2B and B2C sales efforts related to educational products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and drive sales efforts focused on inside sales and business development. Handle high-value transactions and generate measurable revenue. Engage prospective clients and provide career counseling and sales consultations.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should have strong communication skills and a proven track record of revenue generation, especially dealing with high-priced products. Experience expectations vary based on the level:
- Senior BDA: 3-6 years of professional experience with at least 3 years in EdTech
- BDA: 0-4 years, preferably with some exposure to EdTech
Age criteria for Senior BDA is up to 31 years and for BDA up to 29 years. A minimum of undergraduate education is required.
Compensation and Benefits
- Senior BDA fixed CTC: 8,500,000 to 11,500,000 INR annually, with unlimited variable incentives
- BDA fixed CTC: 7,000,000 to 8,400,000 INR annually, with uncapped variable incentives
- Five-day workweek with Mondays and Tuesdays off
- Meal allowance provided
