About the Role
The Copy team turns ideas into clear messaging that connects with audiences. The team creates and refines copy for the app, website, and external channels, helping communicate features and day-to-day experiences in a compelling way.
This opening is for a B2B Growth Copywriter who can translate data into persuasive language that drives conversion. The role focuses on writing ads for social, Google, out-of-home, and digital out-of-home channels for Revolut Business, with a strong emphasis on performance and measurable outcomes across multiple markets. You will test headlines, refine calls to action, and continuously improve copy based on results.
What You'll Be Doing
- Drafting, polishing, and checking content for performance marketing and advertising campaigns for Revolut Business.
- Creating persuasive storylines that explain Revolut Business and its features in a compelling way.
- Writing high-quality messaging for different growth channels across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
- Applying the company style guide and tone of voice while adapting content for each market.
- Reviewing longer assets such as scripts, ebooks, landing pages, and brochures.
- Working closely with Business Marketing and Design teams to produce standout creative output.
What You'll Need
- Strong command of English.
- Excellent writing, speaking, and editing abilities.
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B performance marketing, advertising, or content creation.
- Solid knowledge of B2B content best practices.
- Ability to understand business goals and audience behaviour.
- Experience producing large volumes of sharp, varied copy for multiple markets.
- Independent, organised approach to managing workload, workflows, and priorities.
- Comfort working with a range of stakeholders, including Legal and Localisation teams.
- Strong ownership and a delivery-focused mindset for fast-paced, deadline-driven work.
Nice to Have
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience in high-value sectors such as technology, SaaS, or finance.
- Working knowledge of keyword research.
- Hands-on experience with paid media, including Google Ads.
- Familiarity with AI tools for research and drafting, with human input to ensure quality.
