About the role
We are hiring a proactive and highly organised Hindi-speaking administrative professional to support a busy real estate team in Dubai. This role is best suited to someone who already understands how a real estate agency or property developer operates and who can confidently navigate the Dubai property market.
What you will do
- Assist sales agents and brokers with day-to-day administrative work and client coordination.
- Share useful market intelligence on Dubai property developments, trends, and project activity.
- Help manage property listings, update CRM records, and maintain regular follow-up with clients.
- Communicate professionally with Russian-speaking clients and provide them with clear guidance and support.
- Arrange property viewings, prepare required paperwork, and track and nurture incoming leads.
- Work with developers and agencies to collect project details and marketing collateral.
- Translate real estate documents and presentations between English and Russian whenever needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate, either with an agency or a property developer.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, including major areas, developers, off-plan projects, and ready properties.
- Fluency in Hindi and strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- A well-organised, dependable, and detail-focused working style.
- Comfort using CRM tools and Microsoft Office; experience with platforms such as Dubizzle and Property Finder will be an advantage.
- UAE residency or a valid work permit is preferred.
- Prior client-facing experience is preferred.
- Understanding of UAE real estate rules and regulations is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform well in a fast-moving environment.
Additional information
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role requires close coordination with sales, clients, developers, and agencies, so strong communication, follow-through, and attention to detail are essential.
