Role overview
This opportunity is for a Business Analyst Consultant to join a leading change and transformation consultancy in London. The role offers the chance to work with well-known global clients on impactful transformation initiatives, while building experience within a fast-growing and ambitious business.
The position is based in London with a hybrid working arrangement. The salary range is £50,000 to £55,000. Security Clearance (SC) eligibility is preferred.
What you will do
- Take ownership of business analysis work across client engagements that involve technology-led change.
- Facilitate stakeholder conversations, workshops, and structured requirements-gathering sessions.
- Break down business challenges into well-defined requirements, process flows, and delivery-ready outputs.
- Assist with wider consulting activities spanning discovery, analysis, and direct client delivery.
- Help deliver strong outcomes on complex transformation programmes.
What we are looking for
- Between 2 and 5 years of experience in a consulting environment, ideally with exposure to technology or transformation work.
- Proven business analysis experience across several client assignments rather than only internal project support.
- Well-rounded consulting exposure, with possible involvement in PMO, project, data, or business consulting activities.
- Strong ability to manage stakeholders and lead workshops effectively.
- Applicants should be eligible for SC clearance and present a strong academic background alongside a professional consulting style.

- Salary: £50,000 to £55,000.
- Enhanced pension contribution.
- Flexible time off.
- Private medical cover.
- Health cash plan.
- Workplace savings scheme.
