Role Overview
Aaratech Inc. is looking for a Business Analyst specializing in HR systems to help advance HR technology programs. This position supports HRIS platforms, payroll-related processes, and broader employee lifecycle operations.
Responsibilities
- Collect and document business needs for HR platforms and related workflows.
- Review and improve processes connected to hiring, onboarding, and payroll.
- Work closely with HR, technology, and other business stakeholders to align solutions.
- Assist with the rollout and improvement of HR system initiatives.
- Prepare functional documentation and translate needs into user stories.
- Take part in testing activities and confirm that solutions work as expected.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a similar discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Business Analyst.
- Background in HR systems or hands-on exposure to HR-related business functions.
- Clear communication abilities and strong analytical thinking.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or comparable HRIS platforms.
- Understanding of HR procedures and compliance requirements.
- Comfort using reporting and analytics tools.
