Role overview
An experienced Business Analyst is needed to help deliver digital transformation work for a Financial Services client in Dublin. This is a day-rate contract running initially for 6 months, with a hybrid setup that requires 2–3 days per week on site in Dublin City Centre.

What the role involves
- Support complex change and transformation programmes across business and technology functions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to shape successful outcomes and maintain strong engagement throughout delivery.
- Gather, assess and document business, functional and non-functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops to uncover needs, clarify priorities and convert them into practical deliverables.
- Partner with technology teams during solution design, build and implementation phases.
- Contribute to customer-facing digital initiatives, platform improvements, process change and operational transformation.
- Operate effectively in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Carry out process mapping, gap analysis, impact assessment and structured documentation.
Required experience
- Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst on digital transformation initiatives in Financial Services.
- Ability to work across business, operations and technology groups to keep change programmes moving forward.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence business leaders, subject matter experts and technical teams.
- Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred experience
- Background in wealth management, private banking, asset management or investment services would be a plus.
- Exposure to business readiness, change management and user adoption work is desirable.
- Business Analysis qualifications or certifications such as IIBA, BCS or Agile credentials would be an advantage.
Work arrangement
This role is hybrid, with 2–3 days onsite in Dublin City Centre.
Contract details
The assignment is offered as a day-rate contract and is expected to begin as an initial 6-month engagement.
