Role Overview

The Brand Solutions Lead will be responsible for creating high-impact monetisation ideas and brand partnerships for cult.fit. This position blends strategy, creativity, and commercial thinking, requiring you to turn brand goals into marketable concepts that can be proactively presented to advertisers or tailored in response to live briefs.

You will collaborate with the monetisation sales team as well as content, marketing, product, and operations teams to build scalable campaign ideas, integrated properties, and distinct partnership stories that open up revenue opportunities across both digital and offline inventory.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design insight-driven advertising solutions for brands using audience understanding, category context, and business objectives as inputs.
  • Create recurring monetisation properties, branded content formats, wellness-led intellectual properties, and sponsorship opportunities that can be pitched proactively.
  • Develop customised concepts and partnership ideas quickly for incoming brand and agency briefs, ensuring alignment with client needs and cult.fit’s offerings.
  • Support the sales team with stronger pitches, proposals, narrative building, and solution design for important meetings and major opportunities.
  • Work closely with content, product, marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure solutions are practical, differentiated, and commercially sound.
  • Shape clear solution narratives, pitch flows, and value propositions across DOOH, digital, branded content, experiences, and partnership-based monetisation products.
  • Stay updated on consumer, media, culture, and wellness trends to keep the solutions playbook fresh and relevant.

Qualifications

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in brand solutions, strategy, creative planning, media planning, branded content, or integrated marketing.
  • A strong history of building persuasive campaign ideas, branded properties, or solution frameworks that have contributed to revenue growth or strategic partnerships.
  • Ability to work proactively on long-term saleable IPs as well as respond quickly to client briefs under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling ability, with skill in converting unclear briefs into persuasive, commercially viable concepts.
  • Good understanding of media, partnerships, experiential formats, content ecosystems, and how brands assess integrated marketing opportunities.
  • Strong ownership, organised thinking, and comfort in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.
  • Experience in consumer internet, media, sports, lifestyle, wellness, or entertainment environments is preferred.
