Role Summary
minnow is hiring a highly organized and detail-focused Brand Marketing Coordinator to help drive brand marketing work across social media, influencer and affiliate programs, public relations, partnerships, events, and integrated campaigns.
As a core part of the marketing team, this person will help keep projects on track, coordinate timelines, support campaign rollout, and ensure smooth daily execution across several workstreams. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial setting.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media
- Help deliver social content across the brand’s owned channels, ensuring posts are consistent, on-brand, and executed on schedule.
- Maintain the day-to-day content calendar and oversee timely planning and scheduling across marketing channels.
- Assist the in-house creative team with organizing and coordinating content production.
- Keep up with platform changes, best practices, and competitor activity, and share useful updates with the team.
- Gather and organize performance reports across channels, highlighting important metrics and takeaways.
Influencer & Affiliate Marketing
- Support the daily management of influencer and affiliate programs, including outreach, communication, and relationship management through tools such as ShopMy.
- Coordinate product seeding, including selecting items, managing shipping, tracking deliveries, and reporting on seasonal and evergreen initiatives.
- Maintain strong communication with micro- and mid-tier creators, influencers, and brand supporters.
- Track deliverables and deadlines to keep influencer work aligned with broader marketing plans.
- Help prepare influencer performance summaries and campaign recaps.
Brand Activations & Events
- Assist with planning and execution of experiential marketing programs, events, partnerships, and activations.
- Coordinate with production teams, vendors, and venues on communication, logistics, and schedules.
- Organize event collateral, guest lists, run-of-show documents, and on-site needs.
- Provide support during events as needed.
- Prepare post-event summaries covering attendance, learnings, and recommendations.
- Stay aware of industry trends and new experiential ideas to help shape future events.
Public Relations
- Support PR activity through sample handling, gifting, seeding logistics, and reporting.
- Help maintain key relationships across media and influencer contacts.
- Assist with day-to-day communication with the agency partner.
- Prepare press materials, briefing documents, and media reports.
Campaigns & Partnerships
- Support the planning and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns across brand channels.
- Assist partnership and collaboration efforts through research, outreach support, presentation creation, and coordination.
- Help build presentations, campaign recaps, and marketing collateral for internal and external audiences.
- Coordinate cross-functional tasks so campaigns launch on time and according to plan.
Reporting & Project Management
- Create and keep updated timelines, trackers, and calendars for marketing projects.
- Help monitor budgets and campaign-related expenses.
- Track marketing performance and compile reports across social, influencer, PR, events, and partnerships.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, public relations, influencer marketing, events, or a similar area.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Comfort using marketing and social tools such as ShopMy, Dash Hudson, Planoly, Tribe Dynamics, or comparable platforms.
- Active use of major social networks including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and X.
- Willingness to work some evenings and weekends when events or activations require it.
- Background in fashion, lifestyle, children’s, or consumer brands is an advantage.
