About Nami Beauty

Nami Beauty is shaping a new standard for prestige beauty and wellness. The brand has already grown from Accra into Lagos, and it is looking for a Brand Manager to take full ownership of its brand story.

Role Overview

This is not a social media management role. The focus is on building, protecting, and evolving the brand across every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and develop the brand narrative: who the company is, why it exists, and why it matters to customers.
  • Create and refine messaging used across all brand channels and customer interactions.
  • Identify, source, and assess partner brands that fit the company’s positioning.
  • Plan and deliver community-focused events that strengthen culture and connection.
  • Safeguard brand integrity and prevent dilution, including resisting discount-led decisions.

Who the Team Is Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience in brand management or brand strategy, with a preference for candidates from luxury brands.
  • Strong writing ability for brand stories, copy, and strategic documents.
  • A person who treats quality as a standard that cannot be compromised.
  • Someone confident enough to challenge choices that weaken the brand.
  • Someone who understands that prestige and warmth can work together effectively.

Who This Role Is Not For

  • People focused mainly on viral growth tactics.
  • Candidates who believe discounts are the main way to increase bookings.
  • Social media specialists, since that is a separate future hire.
  • Those who are comfortable accepting off-brand partnerships for short-term revenue.

Compensation

The salary is GHS 4,500 to GHS 5,000 per month.
