Emami Ltd is looking for a Brand Executive to join the Marketing team within its Consumer Care Division (CCD) in Kolkata, West Bengal. What you will do
- Support the Brand Manager in shaping and rolling out brand plans and marketing campaigns aligned with business goals and audience needs.
- Help execute ATL and BTL initiatives that improve visibility, engagement, and growth.
- Coordinate smoothly with internal stakeholders and external partners to keep marketing projects on track.
- Research market trends, customer preferences, competitor activity, and category movements.
- Summarize findings into clear reports and insights that can inform brand positioning and planning.
- Partner with creative and media agencies on campaign delivery, packaging work, and promotional materials.
- Make sure all communication pieces stay consistent with the brand’s look, feel, and message.
- Work with media partners to run campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
- Support consumer activations, events, trade shows, and influencer-led initiatives.
- Manage coordination with vendors for on-ground branding, POS materials, and merchandise.
- Monitor campaign outcomes and ROI, then share updates with the Brand Manager.
- Assist in new product development, including concept review, packaging input, and launch planning.
- Coordinate with Sales, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to help ensure products reach market on time.
- Support brand budgeting and work with the Brand Manager on spend planning.
- Keep trackers updated for marketing expenses, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain consistency in brand communication across all touchpoints and activities.
- Stay current on industry developments, consumer behavior, and marketing practices.
- Contribute to team knowledge-sharing and capability-building discussions.
What we are looking for
- An MBA, PGDM, or an equivalent qualification in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management.
- About 2 to 4 years of experience in brand marketing, ideally in FMCG or consumer goods.
- Practical exposure to campaign coordination, agency handling, and marketing operations.
- Strong abilities in analysis, creative thinking, and communication.
- Comfort using MS Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of digital marketing tools will be an added advantage.
