Malt & Wine Asia Pte Ltd is seeking an energetic Brand Executive focused on spirits to join its Singapore team. This is an entry-level opportunity suited to a recent university or polytechnic graduate who is genuinely interested in alcoholic beverages and craft spirits.
You will work under the Marketing Manager and help grow the reach and visibility of a premium spirits range that features well-known whiskies, craft gins, rums, and liqueurs. The role combines creative digital content, brand tracking, and practical support for events and activations.

Digital content and social media
- Create, shoot, and edit short-form videos for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram Reels, featuring spirit profiles, cocktail ideas, and brand storytelling.
- Manage the company’s Instagram and Facebook presence in line with brand standards and engagement goals.
- Handle online interactions, monitor relevant beverage trends, and participate in conversations within the local bar and cocktail community.
Events and on-ground activation
- Support the planning and coordination of consumer and trade events, masterclasses, pairing dinners, and bar guest shifts.
- Set up and take down tasting booths, banners, and product displays at partner locations.
- Represent the brand professionally during activations, greeting guests and introducing them to the spirits portfolio.
Reporting and market research
- Prepare monthly brand performance updates using digital marketing results and sales figures.
- Research competitor activity, consumer preferences, and spirits trends in Singapore’s food and beverage market.
- Organize event feedback and insights so the Marketing Manager can improve future campaigns.
Sales support and brand collaboration
- Provide the sales team with current point-of-sale materials, tasting notes, and digital marketing resources.
- Work with sales colleagues to arrange menu visibility and custom cocktail activations at bars and restaurants.
- Help maintain smooth communication between marketing, sales, and external vendors to support product launches.
Requirements
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or a similar field.
- Open to fresh graduates; previous internship exposure in marketing, social media, or F&B/hospitality is a strong plus.
- Ability to use mobile video editing tools such as CapCut or Premiere Rush.
- Working knowledge of design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to organize information and build reports.
- Strong verbal and written communication, with a proactive mindset.
- Willingness to manage physical setup work for events and activations.
- Interest in spirits, mixology, and the local bar scene.
- Availability to occasionally work evenings or weekends for live events and tastings.
