Role overview
EDGExecution is hiring a Brand Educator and Activation Lead on behalf of a premium spirits company. This position is based in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area and is designed for someone who can create memorable, guest-facing brand experiences that deepen emotional connection, elevate brand perception, and strengthen partnerships with onboard teams and priority brands.
The role is centered on premium activations, brand storytelling, trade inspiration, and high-touch experiences that help position the company as a valuable partner for venues and bartenders. The objective is to build desirability for the brands while enhancing the guest experience and the professional reputation of the people delivering it.
Compensation and benefits
Salary is listed at $90,000 to $110,000 per year. There is also a performance bonus of $10,000 to $15,000 per year. In addition, a flexible allowance is provided as a supplemental monthly amount to help cover a broad range of personal and professional expenses.
Location requirement
Candidates must live in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area.
Core responsibilities
- Serve as the main onboard trade ambassador for the World Class Cruise program.
- Recruit and keep bartenders engaged in the competition.
- Coach and support participating bartenders, including those progressing to the Global Finals.
- Increase awareness and excitement for the program across different venues.
- Lead guest-facing brand events such as tastings, masterclasses, cocktail sessions, and other premium onboard activations.
- Create experiences that maximize direct guest interaction with priority brands.
- Develop storytelling that makes the brands feel more prestigious and emotionally resonant.
- Train bartenders and venue teams to deliver stronger guest experiences around priority brands.
- Focus training on storytelling, experiential selling, and guest engagement methods.
- Build close working relationships with bartenders and bar managers so the brands are seen as tools that elevate their craft and standing.
- Support crew engagement through branded moments, sampling opportunities, and recognition programs.
- Inspire bartenders to take pride in presenting premium brands to guests.
- Support cocktail development and beverage programs that increase premium positioning and visibility.
- Work with beverage teams on menu creation and assortment planning.
- Share insights on bartender preferences and emerging cocktail trends.
- Help reinforce the idea that partnering with the brands improves the image of venues and bartenders.
- Ensure guest experiences reflect premium standards and authentic brand expression.
- Contribute to making the company a preferred experiential partner for onboard venues.
Travel expectations
This role requires willingness to travel 30% to 40%, including international travel to destinations such as Cozumel and the Bahamas.
