About the Role

This position is for a driven, detail-focused Sales and Brand Development Associate who will support the growth of Private Brands in the Amazon Marketplace. The role suits someone who is customer-centric, analytical, strategic, execution-oriented, and genuinely interested in e-commerce and product-led business building.

The right candidate should be comfortable working with limited supervision, navigating several complex workstreams, and influencing external partners. The role also calls for strong communication, account handling, and project management skills, along with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. A strong comfort level with technology systems, training others on processes, and turning data into practical actions is important. Since the environment changes quickly, the person should handle ambiguity, new situations, and challenging problems with ease.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn Amazon Services offerings in depth and clearly explain their features and value to others.
  • Find and onboard high-value sellers and relevant selection for Amazon services.
  • Implement category-level plans aimed at broad inventory and selection metrics, such as in-stock availability and selection gaps.
  • Expand seller adoption of additional products and tools, including sponsored advertising solutions.
  • Manage seller integration, support basic training, and help sellers become more independent while driving brand growth and sales outcomes.
  • Spot business growth opportunities by working closely with category teams, sales teams, and other cross-functional partners.
  • Monitor the performance and sales trends of key accounts and act on the findings to support better results.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience interacting directly with external customers.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior exposure to e-commerce or retail environments.
  • Background in sales or account management.
