About ChitChat
ChitChat builds infrastructure for creator-led commerce. The platform brings together livestreaming, recorded streams, always-on storefronts, community interaction, native checkout, subscription-based selling, group-buy tools, and creator discovery in one unified system. The company is focused on solving two major problems in ecommerce: fragmented creator tools across separate platforms and the growing challenge of identifying trustworthy content in an AI-heavy online environment.
The team is hiring motivated Brand & Creator Onboarding Specialists to support growth across both creators and brands within the ChitChat ecosystem.
Creator Recruitment & Onboarding
- Find and approach creators on social platforms.
- Present ChitChat’s value proposition and explain how the platform helps creators.
- Support creators as they sign up and complete onboarding.
- Assist them in setting up their first livestream and storefront.
- Build long-term relationships and continue supporting creator growth.
Brand Recruitment & Onboarding
- Contact ecommerce brands and merchants.
- Run product walkthroughs and onboarding meetings.
- Support seller registration and platform setup.
- Help with product listings, storefront setup, and campaign preparation.
- Guide brands through launching their first creator-led commerce campaign.
Relationship Management
- Act as the main contact for assigned creators and brands.
- Facilitate introductions between creators and brands.
- Make sure creators align with brand requirements before livestream campaigns.
- Monitor onboarding status and address problems promptly.
Growth & Outreach
- Source outbound prospects through LinkedIn, email, social platforms, and direct outreach.
- Develop connections with agencies, creator communities, and ecommerce networks.
- Keep CRM data and onboarding pipelines accurate and up to date.
- Share input to improve the onboarding journey and platform adoption.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in running video calls and product demos.
- Background in the creator economy, influencer marketing, ecommerce, social commerce, or sales is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and stay self-driven.
- Well-developed organization and follow-through skills.
- Genuine interest in helping creators and brands grow.
- Having personal creator experience and a strong network is considered ideal.
Compensation
- Base pay becomes available after initial traction, along with performance-based incentives.
- Extra bonuses are offered for each creator successfully onboarded.
- Extra bonuses are offered for each brand successfully onboarded.
- Additional rewards are tied to creator activity, brand activity, and GMV generated.
