Role Overview
The Brand Coordinator will support marketing objectives by working closely with the Communications Director and Marketing Director to deliver brand and communications projects on time and to a high standard. This role is responsible for creating and coordinating a wide range of branded materials, such as email campaigns, social content, event visuals, and infographics, all aligned with Skillable’s voice, audience, and visual identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle graphic design needs for the Marketing team and, when needed, for other parts of the organization for both internal and external audiences.
- Work with stakeholders to clearly define design requirements for branded materials across channels such as advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
- Manage several priorities at once while setting timelines, meeting deadlines, and following thorough copyediting and review steps.
- Support brand strategy efforts and create visual assets that strengthen the company’s online presence.
- Assist with PR/AR tasks by coordinating communications, interviews, and relationships with vendors and media contacts.
- Develop promotional assets including email templates, brochures, advertisements, and graphics.
- Own and maintain the social media calendar with the communications team, including posts and visual consistency.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports to evaluate branding and communications performance.
- Share updates and distribute internal brand and graphic assets as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership on strategic goals tied to company OKRs.
- Represent the company professionally in webinars, customer meetings, and corporate events when required.
- Promote company values through positive and professional interactions with internal and external audiences.
- Contribute to special projects and other cross-functional initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional, educational, or personal experience.
- At least 3 years of professional experience creating graphics and content.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Canva.
- Experience with Teams or similar web-conferencing and internal communication tools.
- HubSpot and Foleon experience is helpful, though training can be provided.
- Strong creative thinking paired with analytical judgment.
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Comfortable collaborating across teams and with senior leadership.
- Able to present information clearly in both formal and informal settings.
- Good understanding of business operations, or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Confident, professional, enthusiastic, and interested in building executive presence.
- Strong communication skills for a variety of internal and external audiences and formats.
- Proven ability to manage workload and hit deadlines.
- Experience in a fully remote team is preferred but not mandatory.
- Curious, eager to learn, and ready to contribute.
Compensation
The base pay for this position is between $50,000 and $80,000 per year. The compensation package may also include commission upside and/or quarterly upside potential, but the role is not eligible for the company’s corporate bonus plan. Final compensation will depend on the candidate’s level, experience, skills, qualifications, and role requirements.
Compensation ranges and benefit offerings may be updated over time, and geography is not used to set pay because the company operates with a distributed workforce across the United States.

Working Conditions
This is a remote home-office position and requires a private, distraction-free setup suitable for frequent video and phone calls. The role involves regular daily use of a PC and phone. Some travel may be required, up to about 10% of the time.
