Job Summary

Monin is hiring a Brand Content Producer to join its Marketing, Brand, and Communications group in Clearwater, Florida. In this position, you will create, produce, and coordinate compelling visual and written content that advances marketing, communication, and broader business goals. You will work with teams across the organization to turn campaigns, products, events, and company initiatives into engaging stories through photography, video, multimedia production, creative storytelling, and copywriting. The role covers the full content lifecycle, from planning and production through post-production, along with digital asset organization and support for internal creative requests to keep output consistent, efficient, and on-brand.

Content Development

Build fresh content ideas and storytelling approaches that support brand direction, audience engagement, and growth objectives.

Create content for digital, social, web, email, internal communications, and marketing campaigns.

Work alongside cross-functional partners to convert business priorities into strong visual and written narratives.

Contribute original concepts that help increase brand recognition, audience interaction, and business impact.

Video and Photography

Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video assets for internal communications, training, events, social channels, and special projects.

Oversee larger photo and video productions for campaigns and product launches, including creative briefs, production schedules, shot lists, call sheets, and timelines.

Coordinate with agencies, production vendors, photographers, videographers, and freelancers to deliver successful projects from pre-production through post-production.

Prepare visual content for use across digital, social, web, email, and internal communication channels.

Creative Asset Management

Keep the company’s digital asset library organized, properly archived, easy to access, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Support governance of creative assets, maintain brand consistency, and improve content workflows across the organization.

General Duties

Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and content best practices to continuously improve creative work.

Develop fluency in the marketing, creative, and asset-management tools used by the department.

Partner with teams across the business to support marketing efforts, product introductions, and strategic priorities.

Promote and reflect the company mission and values in day-to-day work.

Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Skills and Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Multimedia Production, or a related discipline is preferred, or equivalent professional experience may be considered.

Demonstrated success creating content for social media, digital, web, and marketing channels, including content tailored for major social platforms.

Strong ability in writing, editing, proofreading, and visual storytelling.

Hands-on experience with planning, capturing, and producing photography and video from concept through final delivery.

Strong capability in photography, lighting, photo editing, and video editing.

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, and similar software.

Comfort using Canva, AI-driven creative tools, and newer content technologies.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work well with internal teams and outside creative partners.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail, especially when managing digital assets and content processes.

Strong time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle several projects at once and meet deadlines.

Preferred Background

Experience in food and beverage, hospitality, coffee, culinary, lifestyle, or consumer packaged goods is an advantage.

Experience supporting content for product launches, events, trade shows, training programs, or brand campaigns is preferred.

Experience working with creators, influencers, agencies, photographers, videographers, and other creative partners is beneficial.

Basic motion graphics or animation experience with After Effects or similar tools is a plus.

Familiarity with content performance analytics and social media reporting is also preferred.
