About Doonails

Doonails is a fast-growing beauty startup that is changing the manicure category with innovative products, a strong community, and a presence both in its own online shop and through leading retail partners. The brand brings studio-quality nails and manicure experiences into people’s homes in a way that is easy, quick, and stylish.

2026 is set to be an important year for the company, with projects and brand campaigns expanding rapidly. To keep pace with that growth, Doonails is looking for someone who can bring strong execution power and turn ideas into measurable brand experiences.

Role overview

As Brand Activation Manager (all genders), you will take full ownership of community-driven brand activations and offline campaigns. You will bring structure to complex setups, manage several projects at once, and help ensure that creative ideas become real brand moments with measurable impact. The position is highly operational and hands-on, while also playing a strategic role in shaping how Doonails is perceived as a brand.

Your impact

You will add structure, clarity, and momentum to brand projects and enable strong collaboration across the team. Through high-quality offline activations, you will make the Doonails brand tangible and help increase brand awareness in a meaningful way. At the same time, you will help build brand activation into a scalable function with clear ownership, supporting quality, consistency, and speed across all implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage brand activations and offline campaigns, including events, pop-ups, tours, launches, and other experiential formats.
  • Own projects from start to finish, including timelines, budgets, stakeholders, and delivery quality.
  • Coordinate external partners and service providers such as venues, booth builders, production teams, decoration vendors, technical suppliers, and brand partners.
  • Work closely with the Brand Design team to ensure a consistent brand presentation across all activations.
  • Track brand awareness progress using clear KPIs and regular reporting.
  • Handle stakeholder communication and alignment internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
  • Proven background in brand activation and event management.
  • Strong project management ability in a multi-project environment.
  • Experience managing vendors, agencies, and other external service providers.
  • Confidence in budget ownership, including planning and negotiation.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • High standards for quality and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel.

Nice to have

  • An existing network in North Rhine-Westphalia across events, venues, and booth construction.
  • Experience with retail activations.
  • Experience in public relations.
  • Background in scale-ups or other fast-growing environments.
  • Based in North Rhine-Westphalia.
