BIM Manager

Role overview

Parsons is hiring a BIM Manager for infrastructure and building projects in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This position focuses on leading the setup, coordination, and governance of Building Information Modeling (BIM) across complex, large-scale assignments. The role is designed for someone who can drive digital delivery, maintain high technical standards, and connect design, project, and construction teams.

What you will do

• Establish, configure, and maintain BIM models and templates so they are properly organized for coordination across multiple disciplines.
• Run and support BIM coordination sessions, carry out clash detection and interference checks in Navisworks, and work with design teams to resolve issues before construction.
• Apply the project BIM Execution Plan and make sure internal teams and external contractors follow the required Level of Development standards and naming rules.
• Manage the inclusion of non-graphical asset information in BIM models to support 4D scheduling, 5D cost planning, and 6D facilities management needs.
• Perform quality reviews on 3D models and related 2D outputs to confirm accuracy, consistency, and compliance with delivery requirements.
• Guide, train, and troubleshoot for engineers and modelers using BIM tools and digital workflows.

Required background

The role calls for a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline. Professional BIM certifications such as Autodesk Certified Professional or RICS are considered a strong advantage. Candidates need at least 10 years of focused experience in BIM implementation and coordination for large infrastructure, building, or mega-project environments. Strong English communication skills are mandatory, and the candidate must be ready to relocate to or work full-time in Tabuk, KSA.

Technical expectations

Advanced experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud is required. Familiarity with Civil 3D, Dynamo, or Bentley MicroStation/OpenBuildings is an added advantage. A strong understanding of ISO 19650, openBIM practices, IFC, and COBie is also valued.
