This position is a sales-focused opportunity with direct influence on students’ educational journeys. You will join a close, high-performing team in a mission-led, fast-scaling EdTech company that is expanding quickly across Asia.

Its students have gone on to secure offers from highly selective universities such as Stanford, Columbia, CalTech, UC Berkeley, LSE, Imperial, Oxford, and Cambridge.
To support continued growth in Asia, the team is hiring a Bilingual Education Sales Associate to help connect more students with the academy’s programs.
The role is full-time and remote, with hybrid flexibility available. Preferred working locations include Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, or other markets aligned to Asia time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the initial contact for prospective families while reflecting the company’s mission, standards, and strengths.
- Reach out to new leads and convert interest into scheduled appointments for the Admissions Team.
- Carry out large-scale outreach through phone calls, email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
- Keep sharpening sales methods, workflows, and product or market knowledge.
- Bring back customer feedback, market observations, and trend insights to the Asia Sales & Marketing team and other relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin, including spoken and written communication.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
- Strong ability to build trust quickly, influence decisions, and communicate value clearly.
- Motivation to outperform targets and sustain a high level of output.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, ambitious, growth-oriented environment with a strong learning mindset.
- Knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM tools will be an advantage.
