- Ensure all proposals fully comply with client instructions, procurement rules, response formats, and internal governance, using compliance checklists and managing review cycles rigorously.
- Collaborate with technical and senior stakeholders to devise strategic response plans, define winning themes, and craft client-focused messaging that differentiates submissions.
- Author, edit, and refine bid content to present clear, compelling, and client-aligned responses that incorporate technical data effectively.
- Support the enhancement of tender-ready content and improve bid processes while disseminating bidding knowledge across the team.
- Coordinate effectively with technical experts, senior reviewers, and bid owners to align efforts, monitor progress, and facilitate clear communication and constructive feedback.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Approximately 10 years or more of pertinent experience in bids, tenders, or proposals, though candidates with other experience levels demonstrating strong capability will be considered.
- Proven expertise in bid management encompassing planning, coordination, compliance, and document submission.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to edit and enhance content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and high digital literacy; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools is an advantage.

- Formal bid or proposal training such as APMP or equivalent practical experience is beneficial.
- Project management training or comparable experience in structured delivery, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement is advantageous.
- Experience in consultancy, engineering, environmental or related professional sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
