Role overview
We are seeking a full-time Behavioral Therapist in Doha, Qatar, for an on-site position focused on applied behavior analysis (ABA) support for children with varied developmental and learning needs. The role centers on evaluating behavior, delivering structured interventions based on evidence, and contributing to both individual therapy and classroom-based early intervention support.
What you will do
- Carry out behavioral assessments and use the results to guide intervention planning.
- Deliver evidence-based ABA strategies tailored to each child’s needs.
- Provide individual therapy sessions and support children directly in the early intervention classroom.
- Track session data, review progress, and help interpret outcomes to inform care.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate support and share observations.
- Maintain regular communication with parents, families, and caregivers.
- Take part in team discussions, supervision, and continuous training.
- Follow professional and ethical standards while keeping documentation accurate and up to date.
Qualifications and expectations
- Strong spoken and written English skills are required.
- Strong spoken and written Arabic skills are required.
- At least 2 years of experience working as an ABA therapist is required.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in psychology, special education, or a closely related discipline is required.
- ABA credentials such as RBT, ABAT, or IBT are considered an advantage.
- You should be able to keep detailed records, organize your time well, and work within ethical and professional guidelines.
- Willingness to continue learning through training, supervision, and professional development is expected.

This role is based in Doha, Qatar and requires working on site. The position is for a child-focused behavioral therapy setting with early intervention support.
