Role overview
The Customer Value Management function supports business growth through a data-led approach, using analytics, machine learning and lifecycle management to better understand customer behaviour and deliver timely interventions that strengthen retention, engagement and lifetime value.
Position summary
Reporting to the Lead Customer Value Management - Fixed, this position owns the strategy and execution of CVM base management for Home Fixed. The goal is to help the business stay ahead in ARPU, control churn and strengthen its position in the prepaid value market.
Key purpose of the role
The role requires designing and delivering below-the-line consumer campaigns that increase spend loyalty, reduce customer attrition, extend customer lifespan and generate greater value from the base. It is also accountable for delivering revenue, profitability and value share KPIs and targets across the prepaid segment.
