Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position in Dubai is for a Barista who can craft premium coffee and other beverages, support basic food preparation, keep the work area neat and orderly, and deliver attentive service to guests. The role also includes handling cash transactions and helping the café maintain health and safety standards while working closely with the rest of the team.

Key Qualifications

• Hands-on barista capability, including making coffee and using common brewing methods.
• Strong customer-facing approach with the ability to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Clear communication and solid interpersonal skills for dealing with guests and coworkers.
• Food preparation knowledge and familiarity with food safety practices would be beneficial.
• Comfort working in a busy, fast-moving, team-based setting.
• Prior experience in a similar position or in the food and beverage sector is an advantage.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as needed.
