Alphabetics Business Machines (ABMPL) has spent the last 30 years building a diversified business presence across IT, consumer electronics, supply chain services for rewards and loyalty programs, and infrastructure development and consultancy. The company manages loyalty programs for corporates across India.
Role Overview
This position focuses on supporting day-to-day back office activities, maintaining accurate records, managing customer and client communication, and preparing reports that help business operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee back office workflows, including data entry, MIS preparation, CRM upkeep, and client data management.
- Respond to customer questions through calls, email, and WhatsApp support in a blended process environment.
- Deliver client servicing with clear communication and timely handling of complaints and follow-ups.
- Use advanced Excel tools to study data and create reports for business decision-making.
Preferred Background
Experience in courier operations, logistics, e-commerce, IT, MIS, telecalling, or customer support will be an advantage.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in data entry, back office work, MIS, or data handling.
- Strong command of Excel, email communication, and related office tools.
- Fluency in both Hindi and English is required.
- Solid capability in advanced Excel functions and data management.
