About the Role

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • You need 1 to 2 years of experience in an automotive parts counter environment.
  • You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving, multitasking setting.
  • Extra training or certification in automotive parts is considered an advantage.
  • Basic PC and typing skills are needed, along with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Applicants must live in the United States and have a valid U.S. residential address.

Responsibilities

  • Use internal client systems to research and resolve questions about auto parts.
  • Check customer needs and match them with the most suitable parts based on available system information.
  • Offer clear, accurate guidance and solutions tailored to each situation.
  • Record complete and precise case notes for every interaction.
  • Keep up with product resources, reference material, and program changes through ongoing research.
  • Provide every customer with professional, positive, and high-quality support.
  • Adjust communication and recommendations to fit individual customer requirements and achieve resolution.
