Role overview
This position is part of the Auto Care Center team serving customers who rely on Walmart for vehicle care while they shop. The role supports a work environment that combines hands-on service, associate training, business growth, and the use of technology.
Compensation
The pay range for this role is $17 to $30 per hour. Base pay is set at or above the minimum wage required for the work location. In addition to hourly pay, associates may be eligible for annual or quarterly performance-based incentives. Extra premium pay may also be available in certain situations, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or the specific work being performed. More than one premium may apply when the qualifying conditions are met.
