Role overview
This position is for a bold, highly creative content professional who lives and breathes short-form video and internet trends. The focus is on helping Bump become the top app on the Australian App Store and stay there by shaping content that feels native to Australian audiences and online culture.
The role is available as either a full-time on-site position in Paris or a remote role based in Australia. In this role, you will bring Australian internet culture into the Paris team, work on creator-led content, experiment with fresh ideas, and help build Bump into a standout consumer app.
What you will do
- Take ownership of Bump’s growth in Australia and help drive its market presence.
- Lead the full content and creator strategy for the Australian audience.
- Create TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style ad content that is engaging and performance-oriented.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of Australian creators.
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns with both major and micro-level Australian creators.
- Partner with paid marketing teams to turn creative content into measurable results.
- Track emerging trends early and act on them before they become mainstream.
- Prepare content briefs, share constructive feedback, and help outside creators deliver stronger work.
- Work closely every day with growth, distribution, and product teams in Paris.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, test ideas quickly, and influence Bump’s creative direction.
- Support launches, events, and campaigns tailored to the Australian market.
What we’re looking for
- At least 1 to 5+ years of experience creating short-form content, whether in a brand, agency, influencer, or creator role.
- Hands-on experience producing advertising content, especially UGC-style creatives.
- Background in managing creators or providing creative direction and feedback.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, along with the Australian creator ecosystem.
- Good command of English.
- Prior experience living in Australia.
- Willingness to work on-site in Paris or remotely from Australia.
- A creative, energetic, experimental, and detail-focused mindset.
- Ability to think strategically about why some videos perform well while others do not.
