Role overview

The Eastbourne Academy is looking for a committed Attendance and Inclusion Officer to play a key role in supporting student attendance, punctuality, and access to learning. The post also involves working closely with families and helping ensure every learner can fully participate in education.

Working pattern and pay

  • Salary range: £32,065 to £33,934 full-time equivalent (SAT E).
  • Pro rata salary: £27,702 to £29,317.
  • Hours: 37 hours per week.
  • Pattern: Term time only, plus 5 staff development days.
  • Start date: September 2026.
  • Interviews are planned for the week commencing 6 July 2026.
