Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site telecalling role based in Navi Mumbai, with work coverage across Navi Mumbai and Mumbai. The position involves engaging with provided leads, understanding customer needs, and converting opportunities into successful sales.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will work on lead-driven sales through telecalling, recommend appropriate financial products after assessing customer needs, and follow up consistently to improve conversions. The role also requires keeping customer information updated in CRM systems and working closely with internal teams to ensure cases are processed smoothly.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open only to candidates who have at least 1 year of experience and are based in Navi Mumbai or Mumbai.

Additional Details

The job is a 3-month engagement and the candidate is expected to join immediately. The role offers a monthly stipend/salary in the range of INR 20,000 to INR 30,000. There are 15 openings available.

Working Conditions

The workweek is 5 days, and the dress code is informal.
