About the role
This role sits within a global gaming company that aims to shape how people experience games. Key responsibilities
- Enter and keep current all new and existing Costed Bills of Materials (CBOM) records in the system, making sure the information remains accurate and complete.
- Work with Contract Manufacturers (CMs) to cross-check and confirm Bills of Materials (BOM) details.
- Update vendor master records, agreed pricing, and other procurement-related data in SAP.
- Track and maintain records for tooling, jigs, and fixtures, ensuring documents are refreshed promptly and stored properly.
- Set up, organize, and manage Approved Vendor Lists (AVL) for easy access and compliance tracking.
- Upload monthly forecast files from GDF into the system accurately and within the required timeline.
- Compile, prepare, and upload weekly purchase price reports for monitoring and analysis.
- Follow product certification requirements closely and coordinate with Contract Manufacturers to help ensure deadlines are met.
