The Role
This position offers structured one-to-one training from a line manager with more than ten years of sector experience. It is well suited to someone beginning a recruitment career or looking to grow further in the field. As an Associate Recruitment Consultant on the Technical Sales & Energy Solutions desk, you will help match high-calibre candidates with leading opportunities in an industry that supports vital infrastructure and renewable energy growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support business development and sales efforts by identifying prospective clients and broadening the company’s reach within the Power Transmission & Distribution sector.
- Create and manage a strong candidate pipeline using outreach, referrals, advertising, and the internal talent database.
- Spot suitable leads and roles, and align client requirements with candidate profiles through effective recruitment methods.
- Connect with candidates through phone calls, face-to-face meetings, and networking events within the industry.
- Advise both clients and candidates throughout the hiring journey to help achieve successful placements.
- Handle salary and consulting fee negotiations while keeping industry norms and expectations in mind.
