Role Overview

The Associate Project Manager will support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedules, budget, and quality benchmarks. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, development partners, suppliers, and senior leaders to facilitate smooth project workflows. It presents an excellent path for organized professionals eager to advance in project management, transition from engineering, or engage directly with product development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables jointly with stakeholders.
  • Create and update project schedules, timelines, forecasts, and resource plans while developing necessary templates.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse project team members to ensure task and timeline alignment.
  • Track project progression and produce both written and verbal status reports for stakeholders.
  • Identify and address project risks, challenges, and opportunities proactively.
  • Guarantee adherence to quality standards and organizational best practices across projects.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and RAAIDD logs.
  • Support the monitoring of key metrics and resource usage.
  • Build and nurture constructive relationships with all project stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, engineering, or closely related field.
  • Between 1 to 3 years experience in project management roles.
  • Capability to use or quickly learn project management software tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and effective time management.
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with professionalism, strong problem-solving aptitude, and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment and coordinate across multiple time zones.
