Role Overview

The Associate, People Experience Partner works alongside the PX Business Partner team to support multiple business units. The role contributes across the employee journey, including onboarding, hiring support, talent growth, performance cycles, employee relations, compensation, engagement, and inclusion efforts. It is a strong fit for an HR professional who wants to build business-partnering capability.

Work Setup

This is an office-first position requiring presence in the office four days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support PX Business Partners in carrying out people initiatives aligned with business goals, including talent, staffing, engagement, and culture work.
  • Help coordinate recurring PX activities such as performance reviews, compensation processes, and talent calibration.
  • Provide daily operational support to the PX function and work closely with teams like Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Payroll, Benefits, and People Relations.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding to create a smooth and consistent employee experience.
  • Work with the PX Data & Analytics team to gather reports, assemble information, and spot trends that support people decisions.
  • Support employee relations matters alongside the People Relations team when needed.
  • Contribute to PX communications, decks, and engagement materials for both planned and ad hoc initiatives.
  • Take part in special projects that improve employee experience, team effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
  • Act as a day-to-day contact for employee questions about shared services areas such as payroll and benefits, while building greater ownership over time.
  • Handle additional business-unit tasks and special assignments as required.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. They should have strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of discretion when dealing with sensitive information.

What You Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • About 1 to 2 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Prior exposure to mid-sized, large-scale, or matrixed organizations is strongly preferred.
  • Spanish fluency is preferred.
  • Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
  • Experience working with HR systems and data.
  • Confidence using Google Workspace and Microsoft tools.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • A service-oriented mindset and the ability to build effective employee and team relationships.
  • High standards of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.

Compensation

The base pay range for New York is USD 67,000 to USD 72,000 annually. This base amount does not include any additional compensation or benefits, and the final offer depends on qualifications, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, licenses, and location.
