About the role
We are hiring a seasoned Associate to join our Dubai team and support transactions and matters across the Middle East. This position offers the chance to contribute to high-profile work that influences the region’s evolving business environment.

Responsibilities
- Support the team on legal matters and transactions involving the Middle East region.
- Work on complex, cross-border deals and advisory assignments.
- Provide practical, commercially minded legal guidance to clients.
- Contribute to matters that span Banking & Finance, Corporate/M&A, Capital Markets, Energy & Infrastructure, or Dispute Resolution, depending on expertise.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Background from a top-tier international law firm or a Magic/Silver Circle practice.
- Strong academic record with excellent degree results.
- Demonstrated experience handling sophisticated cross-border transactions.
- Ability to give clear, solutions-focused and commercially sensible advice.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Experience in Middle East markets is preferred, or a willingness to relocate to the UAE.
- Arabic language ability is highly desirable.
- Specialist knowledge in Banking & Finance, Corporate/M&A, Capital Markets, Energy & Infrastructure, or Dispute Resolution is valued.
- Common law qualification from the UK, Australia, New Zealand, or the U.S., or admission to practice in the UAE, is preferred.
