Role overview

GLG is hiring an Arabic-speaking Associate in Dubai to support its PSF business across EMEA. In this role, you will sit at the center of GLG’s expert network operations, helping client-facing colleagues deliver high-quality research engagements and seamless client experiences.

The position is fast-moving and highly interactive, with a strong focus on identifying, engaging, and recruiting experts, coordinating calls, and managing end-to-end project support. You will also receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and feedback to build durable business and leadership capabilities.

With strong performance against qualitative and quantitative goals, and depending on business requirements, Associates may advance to Senior Associate positions. That next step typically involves direct client ownership, broader project delivery, and deeper relationship management.

Key responsibilities

  • Support colleagues across client projects and expert engagement activities.
  • Source and recruit new experts for GLG’s network through targeted lead generation and timely outreach by phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Develop a solid grasp of client objectives, sector dynamics, and value chains to assess and select the most relevant experts for each project.
  • Arrange and confirm client and expert calls and meetings, including scheduling all calls with newly recruited experts.
  • Proactively connect with network members to understand their background and determine whether they are a fit for specific client requests.
  • Work closely with client-facing teams to broaden projects, refine recruiting scopes, and support successful client outcomes.
  • Learn and follow compliance policies and procedures to safeguard the quality and integrity of client engagements.

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal ability and comfort speaking on the phone every day with experts and prospective recruits.
  • A genuine interest in working in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting that prioritizes a strong experience for both experts and clients.
  • The ability to stay organized, handle several tasks at once, and adapt quickly when priorities change.
  • Strong drive to meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly commercial goals.
  • Well-developed problem-solving ability.
  • Capacity to absorb coaching quickly and apply feedback effectively.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning about new industries, topics, and companies.
