- Manage partnerships from initial prospecting through negotiation, contracting, launch, execution, and impact measurement.
- Prepare partnership proposals and business cases, including commercial terms, activation concepts, and projected business outcomes.
- Collaborate with business verticals, marketing, product, legal, and operations teams to align on commercial and operational requirements.
- Own sponsorship deals for events, including negotiation, stakeholder coordination, project management, delivery, and ROI analysis.
- Set success metrics, implement tracking for partner programs, refine strategies based on results, share findings with stakeholders, and document repeatable playbooks for scaling what works.
Requirements
- A university degree and at least 3–5+ years of experience in business development, sponsorship sales, partnerships, or other client-facing commercial roles.
- A demonstrated history of successfully closing partnerships or sponsorship agreements.
- Strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and manage contracts.
