Key duties
- Support individuals to follow their daily routines and personal plans
- Assist service users when participating in community-based activities

- Follow company policies, procedures, standards, regulations, and codes of practice as far as reasonably and practically possible
- Work on a rotating schedule across a 24-hour, 7-day service
Role requirements
- Assistant Support Worker: no formal qualification is required, and all necessary training is supplied
- Social Care Worker: a Level 7 or Level 8 degree in Social Care, Healthcare, or a related area is required, along with CORU registration
- Previous life experience is helpful but not essential
- A positive attitude and genuine commitment to supporting people are important
- A full driver’s licence is required, or the candidate must be in the process of obtaining one
