About the Role
The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Business Manager and plays a central role in the day-to-day running of the restaurant. This position is responsible for helping the team stay motivated, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering the playful, authentic service the brand is known for.
This is a full-time position with 4-day work week hours. The role offers competitive salary plus bonuses, flexibility in rosters, and opportunities to grow as the company continues to expand.

- Support the Business Manager in managing the restaurant’s daily operations.

Working Arrangements
