About the Role

The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Business Manager and plays a central role in the day-to-day running of the restaurant. This position is responsible for helping the team stay motivated, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering the playful, authentic service the brand is known for.

Working Arrangements

This role is based in Tuggerah, New South Wales, Australia and is fully onsite. The position includes flexible rostering, no unreasonable late nights or early starts, and the option of a 4-day working week.
