With more than 21 years in business and 175+ restaurants already operating, the company is building on a strong track record and creating even more opportunities for leaders who want to grow quickly.
This role is suited to an energetic people leader who enjoys working in a fun, purpose-driven environment. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will help create memorable experiences for team members, guests, and the wider community while building your own leadership career in a fast-casual brand that is scaling rapidly.
What you will do
- Partner with the Restaurant Manager to lead, motivate, and support a committed team.
- Stay actively involved in service and operations, helping shifts run smoothly from kitchen to front-of-house.
- Maintain high standards so guests consistently enjoy a strong dining experience.
- Work toward performance targets and encourage the team to achieve results together.
- Coach team members across different stations and support their skill development.
- Oversee safety, quality, and day-to-day operational standards with care and accuracy.

The company also highlights uncapped monthly bonuses linked to sales, flexible working arrangements, community programs such as City Support Nights and Local Matters, and team celebrations including Hall of Flame trips and the G.O.A.T leadership conference. Additional support includes free Grill'd burgers, an Employee Assistance Program, and a Fun Fund for team activities.
